Shipping policy

Delivery options:

- Shipping UK - Free Delivery for all orders over £60. Orders below £60 - £5 delivery charge. We aim to despatch your parcel next working day via UPS or Parcel Force - Next Day Delivery Service (1 - 2 working day service). Note: We do not post frozen products, any orders for shipping containing frozen goods will be cancelled.

- Click & Collect - place your order online and select time you'd like to collect it. This service is free of charge. We offer Click & Collect from our Melksham store only. Please allow a minimum of 24hrs for collection (we'll email once goods ready for collection).

- Local Delivery in BA12, BA13, BA14, BA15,SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15 - Free Delivery to all orders over £30. Orders below £30 - £5 delivery charge. All orders placed before 5pm will be delivered next day (weekdays only Monday to Friday, this service is not available on Bank holidays). Your order can be delivered anytime between 9am to 8pm, subject to number of orders received. If no answer at the door we will leave the box at the safe place and we'll text you (please make sure you have entered correct phone number). If you have a spare polybox from previous order, please leave it outside on your delivery day for our driver to collect it.

IMPORTANT! We use regular vans for our deliveries. We pack frozen orders in polyboxes, in them frozen food can be kept in for up to 48 hours. However if you order just one or couple of small frozen items it is practically impossible for us to keep it fully frozen, even in polyboxes. Partially defrosted product can be frozen again.

If you have any requests we try to do our best to accommodate it. Please use the Delivery Instructions section when placing your order. Sending an email or calling to the shop might lead that your request might not get to the right person or this might delay chance to accommodate it.

We are doing some local deliveries over the weekend as well but we are unable to guarantee weekend or Bank Holiday Day delivery. If you have run out and you have missed deadline, our Melksham shop is open 7 days a week (Monday to Saturday 10 - 6pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 12 - 3pm). You can either pop in or place an order for click & collect.

For customer living just outside our delivery area, we're still happy to deliver frozen products (we post over courier all dry products and toys) but this might not be next day delivery service. Please get in touch if you live further away for details.
